Can we run a full presentation program?
Yes. Screens, projection, professional sound, microphones, staging and an on-site AV technician are available, along with theatre, classroom or boardroom seating depending on the vessel.
Can we combine the meeting with a celebration?
That is the most common format. A working morning or afternoon, catering in between, then a reception or dinner in the same venue with no transfers.
How long can we have the venue?
Half-day, full-day and evening programs are all available. Longer charters simply extend the schedule; we build the timeline around your agenda.
How many people can attend?
