Hotel meeting rooms have adjoining walls, shared corridors and staff who come and go. For governance discussions, acquisitions or succession planning, that is a real constraint on what gets said out loud.
A private vessel is exclusively yours for the duration: a defined guest list, professional crew briefed on discretion, and no possibility of an unplanned encounter in the hallway.

How private is the setting?
Completely. The vessel is chartered exclusively for your group — no other parties, no public access. Crew are briefed on discretion and service is scheduled around your agenda rather than interrupting it.
Is there a proper meeting space?
Yes. Our executive vessels have interior salons that seat boardroom-style with a conference table, climate control, screens and professional sound.
Will there be connectivity for directors who need it?
Cellular coverage is reliable across Biscayne Bay for calls and email. If a session requires guaranteed connectivity for a remote director, we plan the route and confirm capability in advance.
How many directors can attend?
Executive vessels seat 6 to 13 comfortably in a meeting configuration. Larger governance events combined with a reception can be hosted on our corporate venues for up to 600 guests.
Can we combine the meeting with a board dinner?
Yes. The most common program is a working session followed by a seated chef dinner aboard the same vessel, with no transfers required.
