Anniversaries & milestone years
An anniversary aboard a yacht venue sits somewhere between a private dinner and a full reception — the format follows the guest list, and the skyline handles the atmosphere.
Yes. Prime Experiences hosts anniversary celebrations aboard Miami yacht venues, from intimate seated dinners for 20 to 40 guests through to milestone receptions for several hundred. A standard charter is four hours and departs from Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood, Florida.
Catering, premium open bar, DJ service, a dance floor and modern décor are included with our standard venue packages. Live musicians, upgraded florals, photography, a renewal-of-vows setup and guest transportation are optional additions. Availability, inclusions and final pricing are confirmed on your written proposal.
Formats
Every format below runs aboard the same private venue — pick the shape of the day and we plan backwards from there.
20 to 40 guests at a small number of tables, a plated or family-style dinner and toasts. The most requested anniversary format.
80 to 250 guests, cocktail service and stations across two decks, with a dance floor for the second half of the evening.
A short ceremony on the open deck at golden hour, followed by cocktails and a seated dinner in the salon.
A daytime charter with a buffet and relaxed pacing, chosen when travelling family have evening flights.
A guest list assembled aboard before the honourees board — the crew and coordinator manage the reveal.
A shorter, standing format built around drinks, passed canapés and photographs at golden hour.

The setting
Anniversaries are usually family and long-standing friends. Our smaller vessels give a group of 20 to 60 a whole venue rather than a corner of a restaurant.
The evening can stay seated and conversational, with music kept low, or open into dancing after dessert — the same venue supports both.
Interior salons and shaded decks mean older guests are comfortable while grandchildren have space to move.
A sunset departure past the skyline marks a 25th or 50th year in a way a familiar restaurant cannot.
A short renewal ceremony can be staged on an open deck before dinner, using the same venue for both.
Venue, catering, bar, music and staffing sit on a single proposal with one point of contact.
The standard venue package covers dining, bar and music. Anything more personal is added on your proposal.
Planning notes
Decide the format before the vessel. A seated dinner needs roughly twice the space per guest that a cocktail reception does.
Anniversary toasts tend to run longer than birthday toasts. We schedule them between courses so the kitchen keeps pace.
Montages and photo displays are common. Screens and AV can be added, and photographers can board early for arrival coverage.
Some vessels have elevator access between decks. Tell us about mobility needs and we will propose accordingly.
Premium open bar is included; specific vintages, a champagne toast or a signature cocktail can be added to the proposal.
DJ service is included. A jazz trio, guitarist or pianist during dinner is a frequent upgrade for anniversary evenings.
