Yacht Venues for Social Events & Private Celebrations in Miami

Pricing is quoted per guest on an all-inclusive basis. Our published venue rates start around $550–$750 per guest depending on the vessel and final guest count, and typically cover the yacht venue, full crew, a four-hour charter, red carpet entrance, DJ service, passed appetizers, a four-course dinner or lunch, premium open bar, staff, modern décor, gratuity and taxes. Each venue page shows its own price tiers, and your proposal confirms final pricing based on date, guest count and menu.

Our yacht venues host from about 20 guests up to 600. Smaller vessels such as The Sumid, Catalina, The Vessel and The Lady V suit roughly 20–150 guests, mid-size yachts such as The Sundream and South Florida Princess suit 25–200, and larger vessels including Caprice, The Muse, The Sun Beach Lady, The Lady Bis and The Seafair handle 200 to 600. Every venue page lists exact capacities by layout.

Birthdays and milestone birthdays, Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations, anniversaries, engagement parties, graduation parties, family reunions and multigenerational gatherings, retirement celebrations and private holiday parties. Weddings are handled through our dedicated wedding yacht venues, and company events through our corporate event solutions.

Yes. Prime Experiences provides the private yacht venue and event coordination for the celebration — dining, entertainment, dancing and space for both adults and younger guests. We are a venue and event provider, not a provider of religious services. Vessels are selected on guest count and the spaces the celebration needs; larger yachts with an interior salon and an open deck are usually the best fit.

Yes. DJ service and a dance floor are included with our standard venue packages. Live bands, saxophonists, violinists and specialty performers can be coordinated as optional additions and are quoted on your proposal.

Passed appetizers, buffet stations and plated multi-course dinners, with lunch or dinner formats available. Menus are customised for dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal and allergy-sensitive requests. Your final menu is confirmed during planning and reflected on the proposal.

Yes. A premium open bar is included with our standard venue packages. Beer-and-wine, signature cocktail and non-alcoholic programmes can be arranged instead or alongside — useful for celebrations with younger guests. Service is provided by our staff throughout the charter.

Modern décor is included with our venue packages. Upgraded décor, floral design, themed styling and custom signage can be coordinated as optional enhancements and are quoted separately on your proposal.

Yes. Family celebrations, graduations and B'nai Mitzvah events regularly include younger guests. Vessels that combine a climate-controlled interior salon with open deck space work well for mixed-age groups, and menus and beverage service are adjusted accordingly. Share guest ages during planning so the layout and timeline account for them.

Departures are from Downtown Miami, with additional vessels departing from Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida. Each venue page lists its departure location, and the exact dock and boarding time are confirmed on your final event documents.

Our vessels have climate-controlled interior spaces, so celebrations continue in most conditions. If conditions make sailing unsafe, our team works with you on alternatives such as a dockside event or a rescheduled date. Specific terms are set out in your event agreement.

As early as your date allows. Peak periods — holiday season, Miami event weeks and spring graduation dates — book first, and popular vessels are held on a first-confirmed basis. Start with a proposal request and we will confirm what is available for your date.
