Website content is provided for general planning and informational purposes. Yacht, venue, experience, amenity, capacity, itinerary, image and availability information may change and remains subject to confirmation. Photos may show optional features, prior events or representative setups. Nothing on this website guarantees availability or creates a reservation.

Submitting a form, requesting a proposal, scheduling a call or receiving preliminary information does not hold a date, yacht, venue or supplier. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable written agreement has been accepted, required payments have cleared, and Prime Experiences has issued confirmation. Proposals may expire and remain subject to availability until confirmation.

Displayed prices, estimates and experience deposits are subject to the details shown at checkout or in the applicable proposal. Taxes, gratuities, dockage, staffing, catering, transportation, permits, security, entertainment and other services may be additional unless expressly included. You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount you approve. A payment alone does not alter the scope or terms of a signed event agreement.

Every confirmed event or experience may be governed by a proposal, charter agreement, venue agreement, service agreement or supplier terms. Those documents control event-specific scope, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, weather, guest conduct, damage, insurance and refund terms. If these website terms conflict with a signed event-specific agreement, the signed agreement controls for that event.

Cancellation, rescheduling, substitution and refund rights depend on the applicable proposal or signed agreement and the policies of the selected yacht, venue and suppliers. This website does not create a general right to cancel or receive a refund. Contact your Prime Experiences representative promptly if you need to request a change.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Prime Experiences or others.

The website and its text, design, branding, graphics, photographs, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to Prime Experiences and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links for personal or internal event-planning purposes. No other reproduction, modification, distribution, publication or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

The website may use or link to third-party scheduling, video, map, social media, payment and other services. Prime Experiences does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or separate terms. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider's terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or suitability for a particular event. Prime Experiences will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Event-related liability, if any, is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Prime Experiences harmless from claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or information you submit that infringes another person's rights.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any controlling event-specific agreement, disputes relating to these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version, and continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
