How many employees can attend?
From 6 to 13 aboard a private executive yacht for team-level celebrations, up to 600 on our largest venue for company-wide recognition nights.
Can we run an awards program on board?
Yes. Microphones, screens, staging and a run-of-show are all standard on our larger venues, and even small yachts can support a short presentation and toast.
Can we brand the event?
Yes. Signage, step-and-repeat backdrops, branded gifting, digital displays and custom menus can all be produced for the event.
Is alcohol service required?
No. Premium beverage service is included but fully adjustable — many companies choose a limited bar, beer and wine only, or a completely alcohol-free program.
Can we accommodate dietary restrictions?
Always. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal-style and allergy-specific menus are standard requests.

How much does it cost?
Team celebrations start in the low thousands. Company-wide events are quoted by guest count, catering level and production. You receive one transparent all-in figure.
How far in advance should we plan?
Four to eight weeks for team celebrations. For December holiday programs, book three to six months ahead — that season sells out first.
Do you help with photography and video?
Yes. Professional photography, videography and drone coverage are common enhancements, and the content is typically reused across recruiting and internal communications.
What is included?
Private yacht venue, licensed captain and crew, complete event planning, catering, premium beverage service, on-site coordination, fuel, taxes and gratuities.
