Our commitment

Accessibility Statement

Prime Experiences is committed to making our corporate events website usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our commitment to digital accessibility

We believe every corporate planner, executive and guest should be able to research venues, review experiences and request a proposal independently — regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. Accessibility is handled directly in the code of this site. We do not use third-party accessibility overlay or widget plugins, which are widely recognized as an inadequate substitute for accessible development.

Conformance status

This website is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. That includes semantic HTML landmarks, a single H1 and logical heading order on every page, full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators, labelled form controls, descriptive link text, text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.

Continuous monitoring and improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as part of our ongoing website development and maintenance. We use automated and manual accessibility testing methods to identify and address potential barriers and work to remediate identified issues based on their impact on users.

Known limitations

Some content on this site is provided by third parties and is outside our direct control — including embedded YouTube videos and the embedded Calendly scheduling widget. Captions on video content depend on the source platform. If any third-party content prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide the same information or service through another channel, including by phone or email.

Report an accessibility issue

If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us. We welcome reports of accessibility barriers and will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility-related requests promptly.

Please include the page address and a short description of the problem so we can reproduce and fix it.
