Why host an executive meeting offsite?
Offsites remove the two things that most damage leadership meetings: interruptions and habit. On the water, no one steps out to take a call or handle something at their desk, and the change of setting reliably produces a different quality of conversation than the same conference room the team uses every week.
How many executives can attend?
Private executive yachts host 6 to 13 guests, which is the right size for board meetings, strategy sessions and roundtables. Larger leadership summits are hosted aboard our corporate yacht venues for 25 to 600 attendees.
Can presentations be made onboard?
Yes. Screens, projection, microphones and sound can be arranged on most vessels, and our larger venues have full staging and AV capability. Share your agenda and we specify the setup that fits it.
Do yachts have Wi-Fi?
Connectivity is available on board, and cellular coverage along the Miami waterfront is generally strong. For sessions that depend on live video or remote participants, we confirm the arrangement for your specific vessel and route in advance.
Can catering be customized?
Completely. Working breakfasts, seated lunches, passed service during breaks and full dinners are all standard, with menus and timing built around your agenda rather than the other way around.
Can we host confidential meetings?
Yes. The vessel is exclusively yours for the charter — no other groups, no public access. Crew service can be scheduled around your agenda so working sessions stay uninterrupted, and NDAs for staff can be arranged on request.

How much does it cost?
Executive meetings for small leadership groups start in the low thousands and scale with duration, catering and AV. Larger summits are quoted by guest count and production level. You receive one transparent all-in figure.
How far in advance should we plan?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most executive meetings. Board meetings tied to fixed calendar dates and peak-season programs should be secured three to six months out.
Do you coordinate transportation?
Yes. Car service between hotels, offices and the marina is a common add-on, along with arrival timing, guest lists and check-in at the dock.
