Planning questions, answered
How many guests can you accommodate?+
From a small group aboard a private executive yacht up to 600 guests on our largest megayacht venue. We match the vessel to your guest count and event format.
Can we customize catering?+
Yes. We work with Miami's leading caterers and build menus around your program, buffet, seated service, passed hors d'oeuvres, and full dietary accommodation.
Can we brand the yacht?+
Yes. Signage, step-and-repeat, branded décor, digital displays, and gifting can all be arranged as part of your production.
What happens if weather changes?+
Most of our venues have covered and interior areas, so events proceed in light rain. In the case of unsafe conditions, we reschedule at no penalty.
Can you help with transportation?+
Yes. We coordinate coach, shuttle, and executive car transportation to and from the marina as part of the planning process.
Do you provide entertainment?+
DJ services are included on venue charters. Live bands, performers, photographers, videographers, and full AV production are available as upgrades.
How far in advance should we book?+
For executive experiences, 2–4 weeks. For large corporate events, 2–4 months, and earlier for peak dates like December, Art Basel, and Formula 1 weekend.
