Weddings & Social Events
Prime Experiences helps couples and planners create private yacht weddings in Miami — ceremonies, receptions and the celebrations around them — aboard curated event yachts hosting intimate gatherings through receptions of several hundred guests.
See it on the water
Yes. Prime Experiences offers private yacht venues in Miami for wedding ceremonies, receptions and the celebrations around the wedding weekend. Venue options are matched to your guest count and event format: our wedding-suitable vessels host from roughly 20 guests up to 600, departing from Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida.
Planning includes venue selection and coordination of the event elements Prime already supports — catering, beverage service, décor, entertainment, photography, transportation, layouts and the event timeline. Availability, inclusions and final pricing are confirmed on your proposal.
Celebrations we host
Exchange vows on an open deck with the Miami skyline behind you. The yacht can be arranged with an aisle, seating and a ceremony focal point before the space is turned for the celebration.
A full reception aboard: passed appetizers, a seated or buffet dinner, premium bar service, dance floor and DJ — all inside one private venue with no vendor load-in across a city.
Host both in one place. Guests arrive once, the ceremony takes place on deck, and cocktails, dinner and dancing follow in the interior salons and open decks of the same vessel.
A smaller, seated evening for the wedding party and travelling family. Our mid-size vessels are well suited to intimate dinners the night before the wedding.
A cocktail reception that introduces out-of-town guests to Miami on their first night — light bites, open bar and a cruise past the skyline.
Celebrate the engagement with a relaxed cocktail format, curated music and a sunset departure, scaled to your guest list.
Bridal showers, bachelorette gatherings and bridesmaid brunches aboard a private yacht, with catering and beverage service tailored to the group.
A day-after brunch or farewell cruise to close the wedding weekend before guests fly home.

The setting
The vessel is yours for the charter. No shared ballrooms, no second event next door, no fixed closing time imposed by a neighbouring party.
Departures from Downtown Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood put Biscayne Bay, the skyline and the causeways in every photograph.
Guests board once. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing all happen aboard, which removes transfers between venues.
Golden hour on the water, then the city lights — the setting evolves across the event without any additional production.
Most of our yachts pair climate-controlled interior salons with open sun decks, so the event can move with the weather and the hour. Available spaces vary by vessel.
For couples bringing guests to Miami, the yacht becomes the centrepiece of a weekend that can also include a rehearsal dinner, welcome party and farewell brunch.
Planning & enhancements
Some elements are included with our venue packages; others are optional and quoted on your proposal. We confirm exactly what is included for the vessel and format you choose.
Passed appetizers, buffet stations, plated dinners and chef-curated menus. Menus are customised for dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal and allergy-sensitive requests.
Premium open bar, beer and wine, signature cocktails and champagne service. Package selection is confirmed on your proposal.
Modern décor is included with our venue packages; upgraded décor and floral design can be coordinated for weddings.
DJs, live bands, saxophonists, violinists and other performers can be arranged through our production partners.
Photographers, videographers and drone coverage can be coordinated as part of the event plan.
Microphones, sound for the ceremony, screens and lighting can be added where the vessel supports it.
Sedans, SUVs, sprinter vans, minibuses, motor coaches and valet can be arranged for guest arrivals and departures.
Welcome signage, custom displays, gifting and personalised details can be produced in advance.
Deck-by-deck layouts, seating plans, boarding schedules and the event timeline are built with you before the wedding day.
How it works
Share your date, estimated guest count, whether you are planning a ceremony, a reception or both, and the tone you have in mind.
We recommend vessels based on guest count, event format, departure location, availability and preferences — not on promoting one particular yacht.
Together we set the event format and coordinate catering, beverage service, entertainment, décor and any enhancements you want to add.
We confirm the timeline, deck layouts, boarding and guest logistics, vendor access and the final event requirements.
Our team and the onboard crew execute the plan while you and your guests enjoy the celebration.
Tell us about your wedding
Share your date and guest count and we’ll come back with venue options and pricing. The discovery call calendar opens right after you submit.

Pricing is quoted per guest on an all-inclusive basis. Our published venue rates start around $550–$750 per guest depending on the vessel and final guest count, and typically cover the yacht venue, full crew, a four-hour charter, red carpet entrance, DJ service, passed appetizers, a four-course dinner or lunch, premium open bar, staff, modern décor, gratuity and taxes. Each venue page shows its own price tiers, and your proposal confirms final pricing based on date, guest count and menu.
Our wedding-suitable yacht venues range from about 20 guests up to 600. Smaller vessels such as The Sumid, Catalina and The Vessel host roughly 20–150 guests, mid-size yachts such as The Sundream, The Lady V and South Florida Princess suit 100–200, and larger vessels including The Muse, The Sun Beach Lady, Caprice, The Lady Bis and The Seafair handle 200 to 600. Each venue page lists its exact capacity and layout capacities by format.
Yes. Most of our yacht venues combine open decks with interior salons, so the ceremony can take place on deck and the reception — cocktails, dinner, dancing — can follow aboard the same vessel. The available spaces differ by yacht, so we confirm the format against the specific vessel and your guest count when we build your proposal.
Most of our yachts feature elegant indoor spaces and covered decks, which allows many events to continue comfortably in varying weather. In the case of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, our team reviews the available options based on the specific yacht, the charter agreement and your event details, and works with you to minimise disruption.

Yes — we regularly work alongside wedding planners and outside vendors, and we can also manage the full event with our own team so you coordinate with one point of contact. Vendor access, load-in timing and any requirements for the specific vessel are confirmed during planning.
Catering ranges from passed appetizers and buffet stations to plated four-course dinners and chef-curated menus, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, halal and allergy-sensitive options. Beverage service includes premium open bar, beer and wine, signature cocktails and champagne service. Our venue packages include a dinner or lunch service and premium open bar; upgrades are quoted on your proposal.
Most of our vessels depart from Downtown Miami and the greater Miami waterfront. Caprice departs from Fort Lauderdale and South Florida Princess from Hollywood, Florida. The departure marina for your vessel is listed on its venue page and confirmed in your proposal.
As early as possible. Larger and more customised events benefit from a longer planning runway to secure the right vessel and date, and Miami's peak weeks book well ahead. We recommend contacting us as soon as you begin exploring dates so we can hold options while you decide. Most events are secured with a 50% deposit, with payment terms outlined in your proposal.
Yes. Alongside the wedding itself we can plan rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal celebrations and day-after brunches, using smaller vessels for the intimate events and a larger venue for the main celebration. Transportation and guest logistics across the weekend can also be coordinated.
More planning detail lives in our corporate and event knowledge center, including catering, beverage packages, transportation, deposits and weather policy.
