Why host a leadership retreat on the water?
Because the team cannot leave. That sounds simple, but it is the single biggest difference between a hotel meeting room and a yacht: attendance is total for the entire session, and the informal hours between agenda items become part of the program rather than an afterthought.
How long should a leadership retreat be?
Most are a half day or full day. Four hours is the standard charter and suits a focused strategy session with a meal; extended charters and multi-day programs combining a hotel and a yacht day are also common.
Can we run working sessions and workshops onboard?
Yes. Screens, projection, microphones, flip charts and breakout space can all be arranged. Share your agenda and we specify the vessel and setup that fits it.
Do you provide facilitation?
We coordinate the environment, logistics and hospitality. If you need an external facilitator, we can work alongside the one you bring or introduce you to firms our clients have used.
How many leaders can attend?
6 to 13 aboard a private executive yacht, or 25 to 600 aboard our corporate yacht venues for larger summits.
Can we keep the discussion confidential?
Yes. The vessel is exclusively yours, crew service can be scheduled around your working blocks, and staff NDAs can be arranged on request.

How much does it cost?
Executive retreats for small teams start in the low thousands and scale with duration, catering and AV. Larger summits are quoted by guest count and production level.
How far in advance should we plan?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable. Peak season — Formula 1, Art Basel, Miami Open and December — should be secured three to six months out.
Do you coordinate hotels and transportation?
Yes. Car service between hotels, offices and the marina is a common add-on, and we coordinate arrival timing and dock check-in for the group.
What is included?
