Can you support presentations, screens and AV?
Yes. Professional sound, microphones, screens, projection, staging and lighting are all available, along with an on-site technician for the duration of the program.
Can the venue be branded?
Yes. Step-and-repeat, signage, branded décor, custom menus, product display areas and gifting are coordinated with your marketing team ahead of the event.
Can we host media separately from customers?
Yes. Multi-deck venues let you run a press window with dedicated interview space before opening the main reception to customers and partners.
How many guests can attend?
Executive Experiences host 6 to 13 guests for private previews. Corporate Yacht Venues host 25 to 600 guests for full launch programs.
How far in advance should we book?
Six to twelve weeks is comfortable for most launches. Launches tied to Miami event weeks such as Art Basel, Formula 1 or the Boat Show should be secured several months ahead.
