Yes. We regularly produce events for international teams visiting Miami, including coordination with hotels, transportation, guest communication and remote approvals across time zones.
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most events. During peak periods such as Formula 1, Art Basel, Miami Open and the December holidays, we recommend three to six months, as premium vessels book first.
