Can everything be customized?

How much does it cost?
Executive Experiences for small groups start in the low thousands. Larger yacht venue events are quoted by guest count, date, duration and catering level. Most corporate clients receive a full proposal within 48 hours of a discovery call.
Can international companies organize events?
Yes. We regularly produce events for international teams visiting Miami, including coordination with hotels, transportation, guest communication and remote approvals across time zones.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most events. During peak periods — Formula 1, Art Basel, Miami Open and the December holidays — we recommend three to six months, as premium vessels book first.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Always. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-style, halal-style and allergy-specific menus are standard requests. Share your guest requirements and the kitchen builds around them.
