How far in advance should we book a December event?
Three to five months. Prime December dates — especially the first three Fridays and Saturdays — are typically committed by late summer. If your date is flexible, weekday evenings offer more availability and better value.
Can you handle décor, entertainment and awards?
Yes. Holiday décor, live band or DJ, staging, AV for an awards presentation, photography and branded gifting are all coordinated by our team as part of one production.
How many guests can attend?
Executive Experiences host 6 to 13 guests. Corporate Yacht Venues host 25 to 600 guests across multiple decks, which covers most company-wide holiday parties.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on vessel, guest count, date and duration. Every proposal is presented as one transparent number including venue, crew, catering, beverage service, fuel, taxes and gratuities.
What happens if the weather turns?
Our venues have fully enclosed, climate-controlled interior decks, so events proceed comfortably in any condition. In the rare case of a marine advisory we reschedule at no penalty.
