Three to five months. Prime December dates, especially the first three Fridays and Saturdays, are typically committed by late summer. If your date is flexible, weekday evenings offer more availability and better value.
Yes. Holiday décor, live band or DJ, staging, AV for an awards presentation, photography and branded gifting are all coordinated by our team as part of one production.
Executive Experiences host up to 13 guests. Corporate Yacht Venues host 20 to 600 guests across multiple decks, which covers most company-wide holiday parties.
Pricing depends on vessel, guest count, date and duration. Every proposal is presented as one transparent number including venue, crew, catering, beverage service, fuel, taxes and gratuities.
Our venues have fully enclosed, climate-controlled interior decks, so events proceed comfortably in any condition. In the rare case of a marine advisory we reschedule at no penalty.
