What activities are available on board?
Paddleboards, jet skis, snorkeling gear, floating mats and swim stops at the sandbar are common additions, along with DJ or live music, games and photography. Availability depends on the vessel.
Can we stop to swim?
On smaller private yachts, a sandbar or island stop with time in the water is a common part of a half-day or full-day outing. Swimming and water toys are not appropriate on every vessel, so we confirm what is possible once we know the yacht and the group size.
How many employees can attend?
Executive Experiences host up to 13 guests for small teams. Corporate yacht venues host 20 to 600 employees for full-company outings.
Can we run a short work session on board?
Yes. Many teams do a 30 to 60-minute leadership update or team session with AV before switching to social time for the rest of the outing.
What about food and drinks?
Catering and beverage service are built into the plan: buffet, stations, plated or family-style, with open bar, beer and wine, or non-alcoholic packages depending on your policy.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We monitor conditions and work with you in advance. Vessels have covered, air-conditioned interior decks, and rescheduling options are discussed before the event so there is never a last-minute scramble.
How much does a company outing cost?
Small-team experiences start in the low thousands, all-inclusive. Larger outings are quoted by guest count, duration, vessel and catering. You get one transparent number with taxes and gratuities included.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for most dates. Summer weekends and December book earlier, so start three months out if your date is fixed.
